3. AI Moderation

This community uses an automated AI-based "Sentiment Agent" to:

  • Review posts before publication
  • Block posts that violate community principles
  • Provide suggested rewrites
  • Enforce up to five redraft attempts

AI Moderation Is Final Unless Escalated

AI decisions are final unless reviewed by core members, who may choose to override the system in exceptional cases.

No standalone human-appeal mechanism exists.

We process your data under the following bases:

  • Consent (you choose to provide your data and participate)
  • Legitimate interests (operating a safe online community)
  • Contractual necessity (managing memberships and accounts)

5. Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure.

Security measures include:

  • Encryption in transit
  • Access controls
  • Authentication systems
  • Regular review of data access and logs

6. Sharing of Information

We may share your information with:

  • AWS cloud hosting services
  • Internal community administrators
  • Automated moderation systems
  • Analytics or website performance tools (current or future)

As a global community, member data may be accessed outside Australia. We ensure reasonable safeguards consistent with:

Terms of Service / Membership Terms

These Terms govern your membership and participation in the AI Native Builders Community. By joining, you agree to follow these terms and the Code of Conduct.

1. Membership & Eligibility

You may join the community as a:

  • Member
  • Core Member
  • Steering Committee Member

Membership is free and may require approval by administrators.

We may reject or revoke membership at our discretion.

2. Your Responsibilities

By participating, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Follow all community rules
  • Use the platform lawfully and ethically
  • Respect other members' intellectual contributions

3. Community Behaviour

All members must follow the Social Contract and extended Code of Conduct (see section 3 below).

4. Moderation & Enforcement

AI Moderation

All posts are reviewed by an AI "Sentiment Agent."

The agent may:

  • Block posts
  • Provide rewrite suggestions
  • Allow up to five attempts

Hybrid Enforcement Model

  • Attempts 1–3: Soft block
  • Attempts 4–5: Hard block (recorded as a breach)

  • After 5 failed attempts:

  • Possible account suspension or review by core members

Finality

AI moderation decisions stand unless core members choose to escalate or override.

5. Administrator Powers

Administrators and core members may:

  • Remove posts
  • Edit or delete user-submitted content
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Reject membership applications
  • Remove harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create.

By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and store your content within the community.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

The community is provided "as is."

We do not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of member content
  • Availability of the website
  • Suitability for professional or technical reliance

You participate at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership for:

  • Breaches of the Social Contract or Code of Conduct
  • Abuse, harassment, or harmful behaviour
  • Security or misuse concerns

You may delete your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.

Community Code of Conduct (Expanded)

This expands your Social Contract into enforceable community rules.

1. Engagement

  • Participate respectfully and constructively.
  • Share knowledge openly.
  • Ask questions with good intent.
  • Challenge ideas, not people.

2. Respect

  • No harassment, abuse, discrimination, or personal attacks.
  • Listen and respond thoughtfully.
  • No dismissive, harmful, or hostile behaviour.
  • Credit the contributions and ideas of others.

3. Contribution

  • Support others' growth.
  • Contribute ideas honestly and transparently.
  • No plagiarism or misrepresentation.
  • Use AI responsibly when contributing content.

4. Community Commitments

  • Inclusivity: Everyone is welcome.
  • Accountability: Own your actions.
  • Growth Mindset: Learn from mistakes.
  • Shared Success: Celebrate collective wins.

5. Governance & Transparency

  • All votes, decisions, and governance processes are made transparent.
  • Members must attribute sources and credit clearly.

6. Moderation Rules (AI + Human)

  • All posts are reviewed before publication.
  • Posts violating community standards will be blocked.
  • Users may attempt up to five rewrites.
  • After five failed attempts, posts are rejected and may lead to account review.

No general right to human moderation exists; escalation occurs only through core members.
